Booking Terms and Conditions

You are agreeing to the following by accepting our booking terms and conditions:

  • You declare that you are the parent or guardian of the named children on the booking application.

  • Payment is regarded as acceptance of the booking terms and conditions.

  • By completing the online booking you are agreeing to permission for the named children on booking to participate in all activities at the High 5 Sports Camp.

  • All children must follow the rules and instructions of the camp leaders for health and safety reasons.

  • High 5 Sports reserves the right to refuse a child entry to camp in circumstances that is deemed necessary in order to protect the health and safety of the other children and our staff.

  • You cannot proceed with your booking online unless you accept the below terms and conditions.

  • We shall not be responsible for any children outside of camp times.

  • By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to give permission to seek medical treatment in the event of an accident.

  • Do not send your child to a High 5 Sports camp if they are unwell.
    We have to be very strict on this as we have a duty of care to protect all attending the camp. If a child in camp is displaying symptoms of any illness, a parent/guardian will need to be available to collect their child. 

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations 7 days in advance of camp booking start date will be entitled to a refund. A €50 deposit booking fee per child is non-refundable unless the camp is cancelled by High 5 Sports.

Cancellations within 7 days of the camp start date will not be entitled to a refund unless the cancellation is made for medical reasons (A medical/doctors note will be required as proof).

Camp Conditions

Our activities will be mainly sports activities and we will be outdoors as much as possible (weather permitting). Each child is advised to wear a rain coat with a hood and have suitable footwear on them so we are prepared for all weathers! Sun factor must be applied daily if needed before arriving to camp.​

Children are not allowed to bring any toys or extra items to camp. No bikes, scooters etc to be left at camp.

Children will need to bring a drink, snack and packed lunch. No Nuts/popcorn allowed. Grapes must be quartered.
